Tom Ang is an award-winning photographer and the author of The Digital Photographer's Handbook and The Digital Video Handbook. Michael Freeman is an acclaimed international photographer and writer and the author of more than two dozen books on photography. Here he draws upon his enormous expertise to explain exactly how to shoot specifically for HDR, and how to use the new software that lets the photographer combine several images into one sharp, accurate, final photo. Some of this material might prove intimidating for the novice, but nevertheless is crucial for anyone who wants to make the move into HDR photography.
4. Johnson, Dave. How To Do Everything With Your: Digital Camera (5th edition). New York, NY: McGraw-Hill, 2008.
Now in its 5th edition, this book offers a comprehensive introduction to digital photography. Most of the technical essentials are addressed, including how to make correct exposures, how to compose and edit photographs on a computer, how to improve sharpness and contrast, how to use special effects and blend text with images.
